We are the creators of the Finest, Double Cooked Pork Crackling, we produce a premium product of outstanding quality which leaves you wanting more! Our Pork Crackling is double cooked by hand in small batches, it is this process which gives it the crisp like texture without being hard on your teeth like a traditional Pork Scratching.
Originating from a family of Pork Scratching manufacturers, we felt it was important to carry on the line of truly loved snacks which is why we ventured into The Posh Pig, beginning with foil packets we have now expanded our range and added gift sets, gifting jars and refill packets. Originating from the Black Country we like to think we know a thing or two about creating a Porky Perfect snack and we are incredibly piggin' proud of our awesome tasting Pork Crackling. What's left to say, other than grab a pack of The Posh Pig and snaffle on!
